Her romance with co-star Gaz Beadle was one of the show's central storylines until she announced her departure in June 2016. She won Celebrity Big Brother in 2013 and hosted Just Tattoo Of Us from 2017 to 2019.
She has enjoyed huge fame Down Under, starring on I'm A Celebrity Aus in 2020 and The Masked Singer Australia in 2023.
She returned to Geordie Shore in 2022, however last year she announced that she had quit the show after filming the 2024 series went 'so terribly wrong', but she is now returning to the wider franchise for its Aussie spin-off.

Her role in Aussie Shore is very different to her debaucherous appearance on the UK show. The series will feature Charlotte as the 'House Boss', with producers describing her role as the 'fairy godmother' of the cast.
Charlotte is there to keep the chaos at bay while adding 'charm and cheekiness.'
Speaking about the series on Sydney's Kyle and Jackie O radio show, Charlotte said: 'Well listen, I'll tell you because I know it won't go any further, but this is hectic...
'The last week of my life, I've never experienced craziness like it. We're filming Aussie Shore.' She confirmed that an all-Aussie cast will be making their debuts on the new reality show, set to air on Paramount+, and described them all as 'wild'.
Charlotte teased: 'The new generation are wild, they have grown up on reality TV. They are pushing boundaries you didn't even know these boundaries existed - I'm scared for Australia!'
Charlotte was sure to get stuck into the water
